Those involved at St George’s College were asked for a donation in return for a cup of tea or coffee and a cake donated by members of staff. Organiser and teacher Ruth Bell said: “The coffee morning is a great way for everyone to spend time together and to support such a worthwhile cause. Advertisementyour story continues below ”Up to two million people took part in the nationwide event last year, and this year it aims to raise £7 million for those affected by cancer."
