Pupils from nursery to Year 6 celebrated the popular subject with a host of air and water themed events and experiment. This year saw more than 100 handmade boats fight it out in difficult weather conditions for a place in the final. Advertisementyour story continues below The boats were propelled by compressed air, balloons, elastic bands, sails and even explosion and prizes were given out for speed and design.
