Plans for Jolly Boatman site pass another stage

AN EXTRAORDINARY meeting of Elmbridge council will decide the fate of the Jolly Boatman and Hampton Court station site.

Planning committee councillors voted on Wednesday by 12 votes to 10 to approve developer Gladedale’s application for a 46-bedroom hotel, 66 apartments and Royal Star & Garter care home, but members against the development then referred the issue to the full council.
